Clinical Therapist

I believe that we all have the power to become the best version of ourselves. By seeking out therapy, you have taken an important first step toward a brighter future. It is my job to help you figure out what you want that future to look like and to help you live your most authentic life possible.

In 2006 I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis and in 2008 I graduated with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Family Therapy from Saint Louis University. I have had nine years of experience working in the mental health field in schools, agencies and private practice settings throughout Texas as well as on the east coast and in the Midwest.

I am passionate about working with clients who have just experienced a major life change such as leaving for college, relocating to a new city, getting married, becoming new parents, changing careers, or recovering from loss. These different phases of life can each present unique challenges and it is natural to feel uncertainty, doubt or fear. My goal is to create a safe space where there is a foundation of trust and respect for every client. If you are struggling to move forward or are feeling stuck or dissatisfied, I would be honored to support you as you navigate through challenging times.
