Life may be hard, disappointing, and even confusing, right now. You may feel stuck, unhappy, conflicted, overwhelmed. Maybe you're even consumed with the overwhelm and the aftermath of your attempts to manage it alone.

I am glad you are here.

I believe we are all meant to live joyful, balanced, healthy and peaceful lives, but that there are experiences, people, and circumstances that interrupt our pursuit of those things. I understand how life can be hard, disappointing and confusing. I also understand the journey of healing and creating a life you want to live.

I offer an open, collaborative, honest and caring space for you to be able to voice your concerns, struggles and needs. From our sessions, I hope you gain (1) greater insight into yourself and you relationships, (2) an increased sense of self-worth, and (3) some practical steps to move forward in your life.

I have several years of experience serving the eating disorder population at residential (RTC), partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient levels of care. I have helped clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship support, spiritual crisis and development, trauma recovery, LGBTQ+, major life transitions, grief and loss. I am trained in Lifespan Integration and have spoken on the use of the Enneagram in therapy as a way to understand yourself and your relationships.
