To support your goals, I provide a productive balance of compassion, curiosity, creativity and expertise whether I join you as a therapist, supervisor, consultant or educator.
My passion is facilitating healing, hope and growth in the wake of painful and traumatic experiences. As a result of abuse, assault, domestic violence, unhealthy relationships, loss, infertility, and other adversities you may feel burdened by anxiety, depression, grief, shame, guilt, fear and PTSD symptoms. Isolation can develop when trust is damaged and support is limited. When you are unsure how to move forward, you deserve a safe, non-judgmental space to share your story, build effective coping through mindfulness, and make empowered changes. With acceptance and understanding you can work through the stages of grief and healing to find relief and create a fulfilling life.
My education is a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and Masters from Argosy University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas and EMDR certified. As a supervisor, I support LPC-Interns working towards licensure by fostering their overall professional development. In a supportive framework of education and exploration LPC-Interns can gain awareness, build confidence and enhance their competency.
