    Perhaps your preoccupation with food and body image leaves you exhausted, insecure, scared, and hopeless. Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or are tired of dealing with perfectionism and never feeling "good enough". It could be that you're unsatisfied in current relationships, want healing from past unhealthy relationships, or are trying to navigate life stressors as a teen or twenty-something.

    Whatever it is, I want you to know that what you are dealing with now does not mean that you are weak-- it just means you are human! It is brave and wise to reach out for support to get to the nitty gritty of your struggles. We all need a little help at times. 

    Living in an imperfect world can inevitably create challenges that can be overwhelming to bear alone. Sometimes our past or current experiences influence our perspective and cloud our ability to see alternative options, so therapy can be helpful for that reason. 

    I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and creative atmosphere to help you uncover inner resources, develop new perspective and coping skills, and feel more at peace with yourself.

    I believe in a holistic approach to addressing your concerns. An astounding amount of research illustrates the benefits of therapeutic approaches that address the mind and body, so I would love to share more with you and/or have you experience mindfulness techniques and psychotherapeutic yoga in and/or outside of session. 

    When I'm not working with clients in individual and group therapy or facilitating workshops in the community, you can find me in search of my next outdoor adventure, drinking (too much) coffee, and spending time with loved ones.
