I believe that we all have the capacity for growth and healing.  Sometimes we get stuck, and need a little help to take the next step forward.

My goal is to help you find that growth and healing in a warm and accepting environment.  There is meaning in our struggles, there is opportunity in our difficulties, and processing our experience with bravery and authenticity is the best way to create the growth we seek.

I began my counseling career working with eating disorders and disordered eating, and continue to be passionate about working with this community.  I have a special interest in working with elite athletes and fitness industry competitors.

I have completed EMDR training, and I am able to use this method to help resolve trauma, body image, and eating disorder struggles.

I also specialize in helping women create individualized coping strategies to manage Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).  The symptoms of PMDD can be physical and emotional, and can be very distressing if not managed properly.

Additionally, I am able to help individuals with mood disorders, relationship struggles, life challenges, and a variety of other concerns.

As a board approved LPC Supervisor in the state of Texas, my goal for supervision is to offer a valuable learning experience in a supportive atmosphere.   On-site and off-site options available for LPC Interns.

Everyone’s path to healing looks different, and therapy cannot be "one size fits all."  With that in mind, I try my best to tailor my approach to each person’s needs.  I hope to have the opportunity to work together!  Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about counseling services or supervision!
