Our struggles can lead to transformation if we have the right support.

I’m a firm believer that therapy can’t be ‘one size fits all.’ While there are some tried and true practices that I utilize, none of my clients’ therapy journeys will look alike because no two people are exactly alike! I am dedicated to helping my clients explore what’s not working, and identify the right tools for making impactful change.

As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with over a decade in the field, my expertise is in helping individuals navigate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. I have worked in the PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care. I work with the full spectrum of disordered eating concerns, and my special interest is working with elite athletes and fitness industry competitors.

I also have experience helping women learn to cope with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).  While the symptoms of PMDD can be incredibly disruptive to work, relationships, and emotional wellbeing, they can also be overlooked by healthcare professionals and support systems. I can help you manage the impact of PMDD.

One of the most effective modalities I use is EMDR.  I have earned my EMDR certification and often utilize this method to help my clients work through trauma including abuse, sexual trauma, sports injuries, and toxic relationships.

Finally, a personal passion of mine is guiding new therapists through the beginning phase of their career. My goal for supervision is to offer a valuable learning experience in a supportive atmosphere.  For more information about supervision, please check out my website.

If you’re looking to challenge yourself and experience meaningful personal growth in a warm and collaborative environment, I think we'd be a good fit.  Please reach out and we can set up a complimentary phone consultation.
