Life can be stressful, but with support, compassion, and some laughter along the way, the possibilities are limitless. I believe that it truly takes a "village" in working toward emotional wellness, and counseling is one of those gifts we are given. I have a passion for assisting individuals in finding purpose at the core of their existence. Through utilizing a holistic and collaborative approach, I incorporate family of origin work, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care. 

I work with individuals across the lifespan, 18+. I focus on assisting my clients in alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression while promoting self-care. Additionally, I provide a safe space to process and strategize issues related to relationship conflict, stress management, perfectionism, infertility/pregnancy/postpartum struggles, and substance abuse.
